The Authority Frameworks Workshop + Builder — build frameworks people trust, remember, and use.
The CUE Assessment Skill helps you evaluate any framework — yours or someone else's — against the three criteria that determine whether it will earn authority or fall flat.
Use it when you are building, reviewing, or refining a framework and want an honest read on where it is strong and where it needs work.
"Is this framework credible, understandable, and executable enough to earn authority?"
Every strong authority framework must pass three tests:
C
Credible
Does it reflect real experience, sound logic, or documented results? Does the person behind it have standing to teach it? Credibility is the foundation. Without it, the framework may get attention but won't earn trust.
U
Understandable
Can someone grasp it quickly and explain it to others? Is it structured in a way that sticks? Understandability drives sharing. If people can't explain your framework to someone else, it won't spread.
E
Executable
Can someone take action with it? Does it give clear enough direction to change behavior? Executability is what makes your framework useful. Without it, the framework is interesting but not valuable.
